One Journey Ends as Another Begins

You may have noticed that things have been quiet around this blog for the past few months. I have popped in now and again but mostly, there haven’t been as frequent a posting here as I would have liked.

Yes, it’s because work is crazy. Yes, it’s because my husband finished his last semester in law school in December and is working on studying for the bar at the end of the month. Yes, it’s because we’re getting ready for him to start his big boy job in March.

But mostly? Every time I sat down to write something on here, it felt strange to be writing as an actor when I haven’t even been to an audition in over two years (or longer). I took a sabbatical back in 2010 and never really got back into it, given all the events at work and things going on in our lives.

I want to write again. I want to share the ridiculous stories that are a sometimes daily occurrence around me.

So I’m starting another journey as my husband ends his law school journey and goes into the real world. I’m ending this blog and starting again at www.wantingadventure.blogspot.com. That seems to be a better fit for this stage of our lives.
